Refund and Exchanges

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds are excepted as waist beads are classified as underwear.

Please note: this does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event you find a design error, damage upon receipt or recieve an incorrect item please notify us at info@waistbeads.co.uk within three days of receipt, and we will be happy to organise an exchange of product.

Any order cancelled after despatch, will incur a 10% surcharge. 

All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and are non-reimbursable

Payment Methods

We accept payments made through PayPal and all major credit cards. 

The total amount will be charged to your chosen payment method upon confirmation of order.
