How To Maintain Your Waist Beads

Everyone wants their beautiful waist beads to last as long as possible so here are a few tips for keeping your African waist beads in pristine condition so you can get the most wear out of them.

  • Remove fibres that may have gotten tangled into the cotton string of your beads from your lingerie and undergarments. Do this very gently and regularly.

  • Try to prevent your waist beads from clunping together ot intertwining. Gently separate them if this happens.

  • Change your designs regularly. Invest in at least two sets. Wear one set for a season and then put them aside while you wear the other set.
